RMA Policy
easy-to-follow return and exchange procedures
POLICY

Unless you have a distinct written agreement with GG TEQ, the return of hardware and software purchased from GG TEQ (collectively referred to as "Product") is governed by specific restrictions set forth by the manufacturer, publisher, or distributor. These suppliers may allow limited or no returns of their Products. If returns are accepted, you may return the Product and GG TEQ will assist in arranging a replacement or offer you a credit for future purchases equivalent to the original purchase price and freight costs incurred, minus any restocking fees that may apply. All shipping costs and risk of loss for return shipments fall under your responsibility. Returns must also adhere to the policies outlined below. If you do not return the Product within the specified return period or if the Product fails to meet the return criteria outlined in this policy, the Product will be deemed accepted by you and will not be eligible for return.
1. PERMITTED PRODUCT RETURNS

  • Hardware: Provided that the manufacturer's return policy allows it, hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts can be returned if: 1) the packaging remains unopened and in the manufacturer’s sealed package, and 2) the return occurs within 30 days from the shipment date.
  • Software: Software can only be returned if the publisher’s return policy allows it. If the publisher does not permit returns, you will not be able to return the software to GG TEQ.
2. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, it should be refused at the time of delivery. If you accept damaged Products from the carrier, you must notify GG TEQ's Client Services within two days of receiving the shipment to arrange for an inspection by the carrier and a pickup of the damaged items. Ensure that all damages are documented on the carrier's delivery record before the delivery driver leaves your location. Please keep the Product along with all original packaging materials. Prompt submission of this information is necessary to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier and to prevent delays in processing returns and replacements.
3. ORDER DISCREPANCIES

Any discrepancies with your order (such as shortages, incorrectly labeled products, or overages) must be reported to GG TEQ's Client Services Department within five days of receiving the shipment.
4. DEFECTIVE/DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)

If a Product is found to be DOA, this must be reported to GG TEQ's Client Services within ten days of receipt. Some manufacturers and publishers may require you to handle DOA cases directly with them. In those situations, GG TEQ's Client Services will provide the necessary contact information for the manufacturer.
5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS (NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST)

  1. The following items cannot be returned to GG TEQ:
  • Discontinued items
  • Special order items
  • Products for which manufacturers refuse returns
  • Custom configurations of systems
  • Opened units and/or units requiring repackaging
  • Items in an unsalable condition
  • Closeout, remanufactured, and refurbished Products
PROCESS

All returns must be accompanied by a GG TEQ Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If your return meets GG TEQ's requirements, you can obtain an RMA number by contacting:

To facilitate the return process, please have the following information handy when requesting an RMA number: Client Account Number, Invoice Number, Serial Number (if applicable), details of the issue, and whether the manufacturer's seal has been opened.
After receiving the RMA number, please note the following:
  • RMA numbers issued by GG TEQ are valid for 15 business days. Products approved for return must arrive at the designated facility specified in your RMA instructions within this time frame.
  • RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
  • Clearly label each package being returned with the assigned RMA number. DO NOT WRITE ON THE VENDOR'S BOX.
  • GG TEQ strongly recommends using a trustworthy shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery and suggests properly packing and fully insuring all return shipments.
  • All returns must be 100% complete and include:
⠀⠀⠀◦ All original boxes and packing materials
⠀⠀⠀◦ Original UPC codes on the manufacturer’s or publisher's boxes
⠀⠀⠀◦ All blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer or publisher.

Incomplete returns may be returned to the sender or subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, at GG TEQ's discretion.
